Training 

When you make the decision to own your very own Domino’s franchise, you will undergo 18 full days training which is comprehensive and essential to the success of your business opportunity. This means that you don’t necessarily need any experience in catering or pizzas as this gives you all of the knowledge and information that you may need to become a franchisee. In little groups you will be taught with dedicated trainers based in the Milton Keynes training center.  Through this, necessary skills will be developed, from shop floor work including people skills and pizza making  to running a successful business, computer systems and store management. All franchisees are supported to ensure a profitable and smooth running business, ensuring high standards are always maintained. 

Once your franchise business is open, you will be supported by a regional marketing consultant and a business partner. Domino’s wants all franchisees to reach customer satisfaction through great profits, strong sales and operational excellence.
